Fitness and Wellness Programs
Yoga- Classes offered at the Center Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings at 8:30 am and Tuesday evenings at 5:30pm.
Chair Yoga Wednesday & Friday Mornings at 10am. Due to the popularity of this class you must sign-up in advance. Class will be capped at 30. NO EXCEPTIONS. Call or stop by to sign-up. Starting in June class will be offered Mondays at 8:30am

Tai Chi- Monday and Thursday mornings at 10am with Marica Letourneau
Your Healthy Movement Matters- Tuesday mornings at 10am with Marcia Eppler, PTA. Feel the joy and freedom of stretching, core centering and the improved balance your body craves. Come and meet new friends while engaging with life giving energy.
