Municipal Court
Municipal Court sessions are held the fourth Wednesday of every month at 2:00 PM in Council Chambers at the Charlestown Town Hall. Traffic cases are heard first and are then followed by trials and ordinance violations. Proper attire is required and cell phones must be turned off during court.

Payment
If paying prior to your court date, payment may be made by cash, check, money order or credit card (MasterCard, VISA® or American Express) by calling (401) 364-1210. Payment of the court fee is due at the time of judgment. All methods of payment mentioned above will be accepted. All returned checks will be assessed an additional $25.00 fee.
