Coastal Pond Management Commission

The Coastal Pond Management Commission is the local regulatory body authorized to regulate the coastal ponds of the Town through the implementation of the Harbor Management Plan and subsequent regulations. Seven members appointed by the Town Council.
Meetings are held the first Monday of the month in the Community Room of the Charlestown Police Department at 7:30 p.m. The public is invited. A forty-eight (48) hour notice is required for all persons with sensory impairment needing auxiliary aids.
