**New Haven to Providence Capacity Planning Study — Community Pop-Up Events**

 

The New Haven to Providence Capacity Planning Study team will be out in the community this weekend.

Upcoming Pop-Up Events:

**Saturday, August 15 | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM**

Rocky Neck State Park, Connecticut

**Sunday, August 16 | 9:30 AM–5:30 PM**

Scarborough North State Beach, Rhode Island

 

Members of the project team will be available at both events to share information about the study, answer questions, and hear feedback from local residents, community organizations, and stakeholders.

The study is evaluating alternatives to preserve and improve rail capacity and performance along the Northeast Corridor while considering potential impacts on surrounding communities and the environment. **Public input is an important part of shaping the study and future recommendations.**
