If you represent an organization, league or are an event planner or show promoter please see the following applications below.
Allow for a minimum of 2 months for the application process.
Applications must be completely filled out. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Applicant is responsible for ensuring any electronic applications are received.

If you are not a member of an organization looking to hold an event in Ninigret Park, i.e. birthday parties, family reunion, baby showers, please visit the Pavilion Usage Information Page.
For local sports organizations, leagues and school teams that want to apply to use any town parks, please submit the following:
