How do I request a mooring permit in Ninigret or Quonochontaug Ponds if I do not own waterfront property?

The Town of Charlestown is limited to the amount of mooring permits that can be issued to the public that do not own waterfront property. Any resident, or non-resident requesting a mooring permit must first be placed on the Mooring Permit Wait List. To be placed on the Wait List, applicants must complete a Wait List Application, and return along with a non-refundable one-time processing fee of $25.
